REFUND POLICY
Event Rentals and Private Bookings

All event reservations require a signed rental agreement and a deposit to secure the date.

Deposits are non-refundable unless Kavana 210 cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the client’s control (e.g., natural disaster, facility issue).

Final payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the rental agreement.

Cancellations made:

More than 60 days before the event: deposit may be credited toward a future booking.

Within 60 days of the event: deposit and payments are non-refundable.

All refund or reschedule requests must be submitted in writing to info@kavana210.com.
Ticketed Events (If Applicable)

Tickets purchased for live performances or special events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by Kavana 210.

In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered the option of a full refund or credit for a future event.
