REFUND POLICY

Event Rentals and Private Bookings

  • All event reservations require a signed rental agreement and a deposit to secure the date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless Kavana 210 cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the client’s control (e.g., natural disaster, facility issue).

  • Final payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the rental agreement.

  • Cancellations made:

    • More than 60 days before the event: deposit may be credited toward a future booking.

    • Within 60 days of the event: deposit and payments are non-refundable.

  • All refund or reschedule requests must be submitted in writing to info@kavana210.com.

Ticketed Events (If Applicable)

  • Tickets purchased for live performances or special events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by Kavana 210.

  • In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered the option of a full refund or credit for a future event.
